Curb Appeal is your home's initial introduction to the world, including yourself. It is equivalent of lipstick on a lady or three-piece suit on a gentleman. It is the first thing that anybody will notice when he approaches the home and it is additionally an impression of your identity. Excellent curb appeal adds your home’s value.

You can spend thousands of dollars for this, but if you have limited time and budget, then you can go for simple do-it-yourself tricks to add eye-catching appeal to your home:

1.Use of Power Washing: Sometime homes do not need painting. Power washing can help remove all the dirt and grime. A few hours of power washing can make your exterior clean and refresh.

2.Use of Stepping Stones: Patterned stepping stones are an extraordinary approach to add a unique touch to your front garden. You can get truly inventive with the stones and even make more than one pathway.

3.Bench or Swing: Introducing a yard swing can add a home an inviting feel. We can also add perk bench in the front of the yard to serve as an extraordinary spot to sit and watch the area.

4.Adding Shutters to the windows: Some say the windows are the eyes of the home. You can add screens to all the front windows and paint them a complimenting accent shading.

If any of you have anything more that can help people, please feel free to share your thoughts. It would be a pleasure gaining ideas from you.
