I hope someone can help me out, I have explored into the world of Lease Options and I am looking for a great mortgage broker that is familiar with structuring these deals for financing. Does anyone have a contact in the PHX market that can assist me. The broker will need to work with the tenant buyer to ensure that will qualify for a mortgage within a year or so.
