Refi documents
I am refinancing my rental property in Providence, RI. The mortgage broker rquested for my birth certificate in order for them to verify who I am before they can approved my loan. My question is, has anyone been asked for their birth certificate also? I have done 4 refi already and they have never asked for a birth certificate. They just asked for the regular documents..ie. tax return, bank statement, pay stub and 401k statements. BUT berth certificate?
