I purchased a home 2012, seller financed with terms of being my primary residence. ....2014 got married and would like to move where my spouse is. Is my only option to refinance home so I can rent it ......? If so what does credit score have to be and where is the best bang for my buck for refinancing?  I am looking for some suggestions and ideas ......
