Any good loan programs in California's central valley

Hello, 

The name is Daniel located just north of modesto Ca in salida. I was wondering if anybody knew of any creative loan programs in the CA central valley that's good for investing. I just bought my family home in April right before I found this site..... well since I used my first time home buyer loan now I got to find another way to get my foot in the door. ANY ideas?
