Info needed regarding loans for repairs

Hey folks, I am new so if this post is in the wrong area or something just tell me what to do to fix that. First let me say that I am NOT asking anyone here for a loan, I only need some information. I was wondering if it is possible to get a small loan to make repairs on property for which I only have a tax deed?
