Becoming a Hard Money Lender

I would like to speak with others on the forums who have made hard money loans. I am not looking for a hard money loan, I am curious what it would take to get into it, myself. Some questions I would love general answers to:

- Ideal market conditions for hard money lending
- Rates and how they vary by client
- Terms
- Client evaluation
