Financing for 5+ Multi family
I'm looking at a 7 unit property with a retail space on the ground floor (deli) I'm new to investing and looking for a first property. I have some money saved up but before going to the bank how much would my down payment would be? Can I go as low as 10%?

Its not likely you will get commercial financing with less than 25% down.
