Hi everyone,

I will soon be making some offers on single family homes for a fix and flipp. I live in the Maryland are and  I am looking for private money lenders or hard money lenders. Right now I don't know ny potential private money lender so I am more inclined towards getting hard money. Does anyone know any hard money lenders  who will provide 100% financing, has reasonable rates and not too many restrictions. If so who do you guys recommend. The properties I'm looking at are in the range of $100000- $250000. This will be my first flip and I'm trying to use the no money down strategy.

 Thanks!

There are very few lenders who will finance properties 100% and those who do will rarely do so for an inexperienced investor.
