cash flow loans on residential multifamily properties

Someone posted on a thread last week that their company offered loans for residential multifamily mortgages based on the cash-flow of the property and not the personal income/debt of the buyer. I can't find the thread I originally saw this on, so I'm hoping someone can point me in that company's direction.
