need financing for multiple new construction townhomes

Hello, I am a builder who has been very successful in renting out some townhomes i have and would like to make a portfolio out of them and add to them with new construction. There are over 100 units and some are sold to other individuals. What is the best way to finance these, and can anyone help. There is equity in the deal, i guess i am looking for way to make cash flow while the housing crunch works itself out and then sell them off again. Thoughts?
