How to refinance without a job
We are new investors and do free lance work. Are we still able to refinance one or more of our homes with a bank?

Do you get 1099s for your work? Do you file taxes based on that 1099 income? Have you had income in that freelance field for at least two years worth of taxes?
If yes to all of those, I would think you should be able to use that income to attempt to qualify for loans.
