Interesting find today.
Guy is "downsizing". Seems like liquidating his properties. (2) 3/2 SFR properties next door to each other. Nearly identical. $240k total. Homes individually would sell for $130k - $140k. I know this because I know the area. Both these 2 homes have rental tenants. $1000 for one, $900 for the other.
Did a drive-by today. Low and behold......there is a 3rd house in the same culdasac for sale (through a realtor) at $139,900. I saw the sign in the yard, and it's MLS listed. I know nothing else about it.
It's in a suburb of Kansas City. A good rental area. These homes should get $1,000 each. Ours in that suburb (different neighborhood) gets $1150.
With little to no money out of pocket - what would be your strategy to snap up all 3 here? Man, I'd love to get all these!!! Partner anyone?
