Subject to with a Wrap

I'm looking for guidance from experienced persons who have been involved in acquiring properties subject to and then selling them with a wrap. I understand there are a lot of risks and disclosures that need to be made when doing these deals but I am hoping to talk with people who are actually structuring these deals and doing them. Houston is a big city and I'm sure there are at least and handful of people doing these deals locally so I'd really like to speak with local individuals. Also, I'm looking for a referral for local RMLO's and Lawyers who have helped structure these deals.

Thanks in advance!
