Non-warrantable financing under Dodd-Frank

I am selling a unit in my own building. We only have 18 units so have been non-warrantable for a while. But I had loan programs that would finance, and refinancing was no problem through my credit union. Now, after Dodd-Frank all my lenders are saying they can't provide financing anymore and I'm mid-deal on this sale. Has anyone found a solution to this issue, or is there anyone out there looking to private finance a $93k purchase? Help me close this!!
