Who else feels like their head is spinning by this time in the week??🤪

Doing 'the thing' means:

💸meeting daily with investors and lenders

💸reviewing deals and opportunities for others

💸teaching others how to determine how to evaluate deals

💸listening and learning from others' experiences

My biggest takeaway this week is the need for PATIENCE.🧘‍♀️🧘‍♀️🧘‍♀️

Waiting for replies from sellers, explaining creative finance contract terms, replying to requests...⏳

Small steps forward daily, not slowing down, and knowing it's a marathon, not a sprint.🚶‍♀️🚶‍♀️🚶‍♀️
