First Subject To Deal
Hello BiggerPockets,
I have a seller who is open to selling me his home subject-to. He's already purchased and moved into his next home and is very motivated to sell. This would be my first subject-to deal so I was curious if there was anyone who could provide some tips or support me in the details (paperwork, insurance considerations, using a land trust or not, structuring the terms advantageously, things to look out for)? I have a decent understanding of it all and some sample documents but would greatly appreciate some guidance with closing this deal.
Thank you in advance!
