Advice on Real Estate Financing
I currently have two properties in my portfolio that I am having a very difficult time refinancing. One has debt about equal to the property value and the other has an LTV of around 90%. Both properties are in Connecticut. I cannot use Harp because both properties are not backed by Fannie/Freddie.
Does anyone have any suggestions? Or a contact to a bank/broker who could refinance these buildings? All help would be appreciated. Thanks!
