NC Commercial Property - Seller Finance Costs
Hi!
Looking to get an understanding of the closing costs involved with a seller financed commercial property in North Carolina. I am looking at a property/business in the 1.5 - 1.8MM range. The property is about 1 acre and has 2 buildings on the site. I am assuming the items below but am unsure if this list is complete and if my estimates are correct for NC. Any advice or information from those familiar with NC is appreciated!
