Hi all, I need some assistance explaining what these seller financing terms mean and their breakdowns?  Thanks in advance.

Buyer 1 is offering:
$130K Purchase Price10% down payment10 year term, 30 year amortization, and 5% interest
Buyer 2 is offering the following options:

  1. $135K5% down payment20 year term, 30 year amortization, 5% interest
  2. $135K3% down payment15 year term, 30 year amortization, 5% interest
  3. $141.7K0% down payment (rolled over into purchase price)15 year term, 30 year amortization, 5% interest
