Purchasing property in Solo 401k, how to title?
Hello, I recently put an offer in on a property to be held in my solo 401k. I researched and found that using “Tammy Smith Trustee for Smith 401k” as a suggestion. That is how I put in the offer. The offer has been accepted and now I am wondering if that is appropriate verbiage for holding title in the solo 401k. Can some of you veterans and retirement attorneys weigh in please?
