My finance scenario
I was wanting to know if you are able to sell a "subject to" property a year after the contract was executed. Let's say I am on title, it's subject to; can I list the home on the MLS? And how does that work when you need to payoff the mortgage of the sub2 deal when it's in the persons name you bought sub2 from?
Appreciate the help!
