I need advice please

Hello,

I am a licensed real estate agent.   I just renewed my mortgage loan originator license and I am wondering how I can get the best out of both.

I believe it is ideal to work with a mortgage broker to gain experience and originate loans; while representing buyers and sellers in real estate transactions. Unfortunately, I am quite new to both and still learning. So, I wish to know how a mortgage firm could be the right fit. I prefer to learn and grow as a contractor, not w-2

Please advise me on this.
