Seller wants go become a tenant with the option to buy back the house

Hello BigerPockets community, I’m pretty new to the real estate investment world and this is my very first post on this forum. I have the opportunity to purchase a property in Ohio through a third party where the original owner will become a tenant and have the option to buy back the property in three years. I would appreciate it if someone can direct me to an article or post where this investment strategy has been previously discussed or can offer some advice. Thank you in advance!
