Multiple Lots sold in Same Transaction Financing

I have a deal with 4 separately deeded houses and lots, and the seller is looking to sell them (for $1.2M) as a package deal. How would I go about getting bank financing on these? Short term I could purchase them with hard money, but would need a long term solution. They are all rented and cash flow. Thank you in advance!
