Building Team & learning about CF

Good morning BP,

My name is Tony and my brother and I have recently gotten into the real estate game. About 4 months ago we acquired a property with interest-only payments for the next 4 years that is currently being rented out, the property is located in Illinois. The property pay off amount is $25,000. I want to start acquiring properties out here in Worcester, MA in order to fix up the city little by little. If anyone has recommendations for building my team of reliable and trusted individuals (real estate agents, contractors, builders, lenders, etc).

The plan is to use the property in IL as leverage somehow to acquire new properties in MA. Any advice would be helpful! Thanks!
