🕺Funky Seller Financed Deal I Need Help Structuring
I found a home it needs a lot of repairs, and it is in a trust. The Trustee is willing to work with me to carry the note but according to her, this is not allowed because the home is in a trust. The home will not qualify for traditional financing because of the repairs needed. It’s currently off market, but I am in constant communication with the Trustee. She would like to work with me to get this deal done but I do not know how to structure it because the home is in a trust. Anyone ever structure a deal with a home in a trust? If so, how can I creatively finance this? Anything will help!

A Trust can carry a loan. She or the other family members (beneficiaries) don't want to, they probably want a paid in full check.
