Seller financing payments

Im doing a Seller financing deal with 0% interest. How should I make my payments? Should I just pay through Zelle and set up automatic payments? And if so what would be the best way to track it? Especially since I have the option to make extra principal payments and plan to do so as this is a personal property and I have to refinance in 5 years and would like the loan to be as low a payment as possible. Thanks in advance.
