Great Book for New REIs (Wealth Without Cash - Pace Morby)

Hey, everyone! So, I recently purchased a copy of Wealth Without Cash about a week ago to expand my working knowledge of real estate investing. For a newb like me, this book has been absolutely amazing! I definitely encourage all newcomers to the game to invest in a copy. For the more seasoned players, are there any other books that you would suggest?
