Subject 2 closing companies?

Hey everyone!

I'm in the final stages settling a purchase contract and I need some guidance on finding the right company to help me close it smoothly. 

Do you know of any good companies or professionals who specialize in closing real estate sub 2 deals?  If you've had a positive experience with someone, please let me know.

I have done one of these before but was not a fan of how the last company took forever to respond to everything.
