I need to be educated

I currently have 2 single family investment properties, and that's about all the cash I can muster for the year. SO, I need to get creative. Lots of talk on forums, podcast, and books about what creative financing is, finding the deal, shmoozing the seller etc. Very little (that I've seen) that walks you through how to do execute creative financing in terms of administrative and logistical tasks. 

I need to be educated on how to actually execute these deals. Hoping all the experienced folks on here can give me some book titles, articles, resources that they think are valuable and worthwhile. Thanks!
