Transactional Funding Question
I am a Financial Advisor and Real Estate Investor with a client who reached out to me to help her facilitate a multi family unit deal. She has the opportunity to purchase a great property at a great price, but the seller is requiring cash. She has been approved by her lender, but it will be 45 days before she could close. I am thinking how I can help her get this done. I have used transactional funding for same day closings but I have never used transactional funding for a deal like this where the B to C closing would be days out.
If anyone has a lender or idea on how I can get this deal done, let me know. There would be a profitable spread in this transaction. Thanks in advance for any assistance.
