Searching for a creative loan solution
Hi all,
I am looking for a creative solution to pull the equity out of my rental property in Texas. To my knowledge, Texas does not do HELOCs on investment properties. I have a 3% interest rate on my current loan, so a cash out refi is not a good fit in this market either. I’ve called about 50 banks so far in search of another loan product but no one has any alternative options. I really want to take advantage of the equity that’s accrued to purchase more rental properties. Would love some feedback.
