Anyone out there know about Grant Funding Programs for low income housing renovations

I wasn't sure where to put this. I am new to BiggerPockets but have been a casual investor for 20+ years.  I recently converted real estate in Colorado to real estate through 1031 properties.  I have discovered a town with a lot of investor potential and a lot of vacant housing.  I own the properties but I am looking for low income type grant funding for renovations.  Anyone out there know about how to go about finding what's out there?
