🏡 Seeking a Creative Finance Deal!
I've come across a fantastic property with a PennyMac VA assumable loan at an incredible rate of 2.65%. 📈 The owner needs to relocate and is looking to sell for just $340K. The original loan amount was $220K, and the current balance stands at $210K.
As much as I'd love to take over the assumable loan, I'm not a veteran, so that's not an option. 🚫 And simply making payments for the owner won't work, as they need to be free and clear of the loan to build their next home.
I'm on the hunt for creative solutions! 💡 Is there any way to purchase this gem without conventional financing, which comes with high interest rates (around 8%)? 🤔📉
