Can my seller financing wholesale deal go to a buyer for and fix and flip end goal

I have a wholesale deal in the Atlanta Market, but seller wants Seller Financing to close instead of traditional full cash offer due to large “Capital Gains Tax”.

My question is can I position this deal to an end buyer as a fix and flip end goal or it has to be a buy and hold type scenario for seller financing deals?

If I can sell to end buyer in a fix and flip manner what would be the best way to go about it?
