Subject 2 concerns
I am currently in negotiations with a seller to purchase their home through the subject 2 route. I just learned that the seller has a substantial lien on the property. My question now is what are the legal rights of other debtors that are owed money? I.e. can they have claim on the house to be sold so that their debts can be paid? And hence come after you once you have transferred the deed?
