Hello BP Community!

My wife & I currently have 1 long term rental in our portfolio and are looking to acquire an STR in Branson. Does anyone have experience acquiring STR properties via sub to in the Branson/Branson West area? Or have any recommendations for professionals who have experience with this?

Thank you Tanner. Do you have experience doing SUB TO deals in general?

I don't really do sub to deals. I'm a licensed agent, so it's not necessarily in my best interest. However, they are pretty straight forward. You just have to be able to find the deals, takes a lot of door knocking and some research. I look for distressed properties, I use truepeoplesearch.com look up owners and call them, see if they'd be willing to sell and go from there. It's the same concept, just different vehicles. Being able to do this for an str in the branson market will be harder. STR's do well here and net money every year, most aren't willing to sub 2 those properties!
