4 Plex Condos with FHA? Multiple parcels.

Kyle Barton
Posted

Looking for assistance with the nuances of FHA loans and condos. Here is the example... under one HOA there are two 4 plex structures, 8 condos All for sale by the SAME OWNER. Each condo has its own tax lot and the rest of the outside space is either common area or limited common area as defined in the bylaws of the HOA. Is it possible in ANY way to purchase one of the entire 4 plex structures with an FHA loan?
