Heloc/cash out refinance
Hey BP family,
Quick question… is it possible to do a cash out refinance on one property while already having a heloc on another property? I wanna sale my first property, which is a rental that currently has the Heloc (exit strategy). However, I’m thinking I can refinance my current home and take those funds to pay off the existing heloc.
