Finding On- and Off-Market Seller Financed Deals

I'm a new investor, and I want to scale to a dozen units in the next couple years, but my biggest constraint is capital. I have professional experience analyzing deals and managing properties, I am new to creative finance and I have trouble keeping consistent deal flow.

What are the best strategies you have used to consistently find seller financed deals both on- and off-market?

@Thomas Lebens thanks for the post.  And welcome to the same problem that all of us have!  Now, I would encourage you to explore seller financing as ONE of the many ways to acquire properties but the best methods have been to get plugged in locally to some other real estate investors and see what teaching methods they are using.  The other reason I want you to network with other investors locally is because seller financing is EXTREMELY rare.  So lean on some other people in your market to see what techniques are working well and I think that might get you pointed in the right direction.
