Non-USA citizen looking for a co-borrower

Radikeleko Tladi
Posted

Greetings fellow BPers

My name is Radi and I am from South Africa. I'm currently teaching English in South-East Asia and was looking into buying USA real estate with money that I'm saving abroad.

I understand that being a US outsider, getting a mortgage may be a little challenging or at least come at a heavy price.

So, in light of this, I would like to partner up with anyone with a good credit score, where I would pay 100% of the down-payment, and then we would go 50-50 on the rental income.

Hope that this isn't too much to ask and pray that I find someone.

Cheers
