creative finance wrap on a Business acquisition?

I’m looking help people find off market Business acquisitions  through creative finance and wrap deals. I was wondering if it’s possible to get a business deal under contract with seller finance terms.
I.e business is 100k brings in 45k in profit.

Seller finance 100k for 10 years at 4.5%

Payments is 1036 per month for 10 years

Can I wrap this into another creative finance deal and sell it at 140k 10 years let’s just say 4.5% again.

Payments to me from end buyer: 1451

Profit: 451 per month

Can you do this on a business deal I’m just not sure how it would work for double closing on a Business acquisition.

What happens. If the buyer defaults and bankrupts the business? I assume I run that risk and would have to still pay back the original seller.

If this is all possible I’d love to help each and everyone of you.

Let me know your thoughts. Thanks guys.
