Hi I know I'll get a lot of responses from this but I'm looking for a Hard money loan in Lansing Michigan. Here's the deal I can aquire the property for approx. 50k and it is worth 120k+. It dosent need much rehab maybe just a little paint and carpet. The thing is the people that I'm buying it from are in forclosure and the redemption period will be over on August 1st so time is of the essence on this one. I dont want to share the deal with a hard money guy but would llike to pay some type of interest on a 60-90 day note. Thank and I appreciate it.
