Self Directed 401k/IRA accounts

Hello everyone, 

I am a commercial real estate agent in the Northern Colorado area. I have a client who inquired me about self directed 401K's/IRA's, not so much as to how they work, but to find companies/managers who offer this type of product. It would be great if someone could point me in the right direction, or if they had anyone they know that has went through this process and can point us in the correct direction. Thanks so much!
