Hello Everyone, 

Im looking to connect with some people in this group who can help me get rolling on my first few deals with Sub to/Sellers finance. I recently discovered Pace's group and all the the videos Pace has around Sub to and Sellers finance and think this is how i want to operate as a real estate investor. I would like to focus on buy and hold opportunities using these creative strategies for properties that require little to no rehab for single family residences and rent them long erm or possible STR if conditions are right.
