Is Co-living hosting allowed for a single family home under an FHA loan?

I want to inquire about co-living hosting. I am interested in purchasing a residential property using an FHA loan, with the intention of converting unused space into co-living accommodations and occupy one room. My aim is to ensure that I don't violate any rules related to my FHA loan, and I believe that hosting a co-living space would allow me to acquire a single home residential property and save money on monthly mortgage. My questions are

1. Is this legal or would I be violating the rules of FHA?

2. Does the answer depends on the lender and their terms?
