Attorney for Subject To deal

Howdy folks,

Cannot believe I haven't been utilizing Bigger Pockets for so many years.  I was binge listening to the earliest podcasts near the beginning.  Anyhow, I need help.  I am really wanting to do a Subject to deal with a family friend.  They are amenable to it, once I explained how it works.  And they have a 30 year fixed 2% mortgage.  I already have an appointment with my regular attorney on Wednesday.  He has closed several cash deals for me over the years, however, I am betting when I mention subject to, he's going to say "What is that?"  And I know I need one that is very familiar with these, so that I make sure I get all of my t's crossed and i's dotted.  The deal is in Hopewell, but I am in Richmond right now.  Any suggestions, I would be extremely thankful.  Bobby.
