Land Contract Questions

Haley Womboldt
Posted

Hello!

Looking to make a land contract offer on a duplex.
We are prepared to offer asking price, but looking to do 0% interest. What else can I add to this offer to make it more enticing to the seller?
We also haven’t acquired through land contract before so any general advice you want to throw our way would be appreciated!

Thanks!

Pay interest. 0% interest on asking price is by no means a deal on seller financing and its the equivalent of asking about 35 cents on the dollar.
