Hi All!
I’m a newish investor and I’m leaving my W2 job next week. Because of that, my goal is to learn all I can about creative financing since I won’t qualify for conventional loans for awhile. I met my mentor, Nayia, through the GRID community and I wanted to share the webinar that I attended last week.
